Return Process
Duration: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Condition for Return: The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn/unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: Email us at support@gotbloop.com to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
